Stayed at the Plains Motel on a business trip for about 14 nights. This motel probably had the most friendly staff I've met and were extremely helpful when I needed photocopies and work printed off every other day. The rates were very low even for a room with a kitchenette which was nice. Stayed 1 night on a business trip. Found the front desk staff to be friendly and helpful. Liked having a fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. Wifi worked well. Restaurants both adjacent and across the street, along with a grocery store - everything I needed right there. Worked in Brooks at the substation from January till July. Stayed at the plains for the duration. Was happy. Room was always clean, bed was comfy, tv was a good size and the amenities I need we're all within 3 blocks or so.
